As part of this statement, the principles and accessibility actions performed by TrueMed both in its offices and on the Company’s Website will be described.
Arrangements for access to TrueMed offices
The address of the Company’s offices: 16 Benni Gaon Street, Netanya. The offices are located in building A1, 2nd floor. The Company’s offices do not have a reception desk and there is a waiting area.
The Company’s offices are accessible to the disabled, including the existence of disabled parking and direct access from the parking lot to the building. There is also a wide elevator in the building adapted for the disabled. The disabled services are located in building A2, which is adjacent to the building where the Company’s offices are located.
There are no fixed hours for public reception at the Company’s offices, and arrival at the Company’s offices is by prior arrangement only.

Accessibility of the Company’s Website

For this purpose, we are working to make the Company’s Website fully accessible in order to facilitate the use of the Website for people with disabilities.
