Changes in the period, Vaginal dryness, Loss of bladder control, Hot flashes, Night sweats, Sleep problems, Mood changes, Thinning hair, Weight gain, and slowed metabolism – are just some of the symptoms of Menopause.

Menopause is a natural biological process and refers to a stage in a woman’s life cycle that begins 12 months after her final period. It usually begins between the ages of 45 and 55 and can last between 7 to 14 years. The duration of Menopause depends on smoking habits, race, the age at which it begins, and more.

After Menopause, women enter postmenopause. Postmenopausal women are more vulnerable to heart disease and osteoporosis.

18 of October is World Wide Menopause Awareness Day.

We believe this day may be a good chance to spotlight this phenomenon since it reaches every woman at some stage in her life.

Therefore they should be treated with respect and given the right attention to the women and their surroundings.
